Performance and Scrutiny Panel

In April 2011, the Performance and Scrutiny Panel was formed.  It consists of nine members; four are independent members and five are current tenants.

The purpose of this Panel is to provide a body to independently review Havebury’s performance and, where any areas cause concern, the Panel can commission a service review.

A service review would consist of commissioning data collection through many possible methods including surveys, interviews with employees or focus groups with tenants.

The Panel would then review the information gathered during the service review and, where appropriate, would make recommendations for improvement.  Those accepted recommendations would form an action plan which Havebury would commit to complete.

The Panel is still in its infancy however please keep checking back as the reports and recommendations will be posted on this page.

If you are interested in being on the Panel or being part of any of the focus groups in the future, you can register your interest by contacting us by email, by phone (0300 3300 900), by post or by leaving your details at our reception.
