Havebury is proposing plans to improve our Neighbourhood Service Offer so that you can access the services you need when it suits you.
We're committed to improving and investing in our service offers and we know that receiving good customer service is important to you. Your feedback will help us to shape these services.
What do I need to do?
We have included a link to a booklet which outlines our proposed plans for our service offer, which is based on feedback from recent customer research.

What will you do with my feedback?
Once we have received all the customer feedback, we will present it to our Operational Board who will consider the proposals and decide what changes we should make.
What’s in it for me?
As well as helping Havebury to improve our services, everyone who responds to the survey will be added into a prize draw to win £50 of Love2Shop vouchers. Don’t worry though, if you would prefer not to be included, you can opt out.
