Equality and Diversity
Havebury have been busy preparing equality action plans which outline how we are improving or going to improve access to our services and employment for people.
Havebury’s Equality and Diversity Focus Group which consists of tenant representatives, Havebury employees and representatives from external agencies have assisted with producing the plans and their input has been much appreciated.
The equality action plans are working documents and are therefore likely to change over time as we update them to reflect the latest views from residents and employees as to how we can further improve access to our services.

 | | Havebury’s Single Equality Scheme | | Havebury’s Single Equality Scheme has been drafted in order to show our commitment as an organisation to Equality and Diversity. In particular it sets out the actions Havebury has taken and intends to take in relation to each of the six diversity strands and also shows how Havebury will meet its general and specific equality duties and also how we will meet the Equality and Diversity requirements of the Housing Corporation’s Regulatory Code. Most importantly by completing the identified actions services delivered to customers should be further improved. |
