How do I pay my rent?
It is a condition of your tenancy that your rent is paid regularly and on time. Rent is due each Monday but we do allow you to pay fortnightly, four weekly or calendar monthly, however, payments must be made in advance.
You may pay:
• via the Internet
• through your Bank/Building Society by Direct Debit or Standing Order (for more information on this contact your Rent Officer).
• at any Post Office or Payzone outlet using your plastic payment card
• by telephone using your plastic payment card and a debit or credit card
Paying your rent online
Alliance & Leicester provides a secure payment website which offers the highest rating of security currently used by banks, is easy to use and is very similar to the way that you might buy things now on-line. You will need to register in order to use the service, but this is free and easy to use.
