Improving the way you pay your Havebury rent
We are making improvements to our rent payment service which includes using a different provider for collection of your direct debit payments.
From September 2015, your direct debit will be collected by AllPay Limited.
Once we have switched supplier, AllPay will post you a new direct debit schedule stating your existing payment dates, amounts and direct debit guarantee. There will be no change to the amount you pay or the date payment is taken.
Please be assured that any information required by AllPay Limited will be kept secure, and will not be used for any other purpose except the one stated.
Havebury is working with a major payments provider, Allpay, to offer our residents a better range of payment options. We are currently able to offer a wide range of payment options, however we have listened to comments made by customers over the years and revising our focus to automated and online payment options. We are delighted to say that we can offer the following ways to pay:
You can use your existing cards, however the choice of payment locations changes to the post office (as now) and Paypoint. There are a far higher number of Paypoints available and the locations are available on our website.
Payzone will no longer be available.
The current offer will be improved so that monthly payers can choose which day they wish to pay, on any day other than weekends and Bank Holidays. The weekly payment system will carry on as at present every Friday.
There will be a dedicated telephone line accessed via our main switchboard, with an automated telephone payment system that will be available for you to pay with your Debit or Credit Card, 24 hours a day.
Similar to the current system, however you will log directly into an Allpay accredited site and will be able to make payments for rent and other bills.
There is a brief registration online and details are available for those who wish to use this convenient mobile method of payment.
This is an innovative new payment solution and will allow secure mobile payments free of charge using Apple or Android smartphones.
