Eastern Savings and Loans Credit Union re-opens at Havebury’s Haverhill office
Haverhill’s Eastern Savings and Loans Credit Union, based at Havebury Housing Partnership’s office in High Street, Haverhill, has re-opened after welcoming the addition of Peter Tatam. Peter has become the Credit Union’s new Business Development officer after receiving funding from the Haverhill Town Council.
The credit union is now determined on raising its profile in the area, and in doing so help those who want to save money or looking to take out loans.
Credit unions provide a highly ethical low cost option for people who are seeking to save or borrow money. Any person in regular receipt of any type of income can apply.
Credit Unions are not-for-profit enterprises regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority. All money deposited is guaranteed up to £75,000 by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
