Housing associations are currently going through a time of considerable change and challenge – increasing the need for good governance. Havebury have recognised this and following a restructure of their Boards and Committees last year, are currently recruiting an Operational Board Member to further bolster their team and help to implement what they believe to be a very different and ambitious Strategic Plan.
The Havebury Housing Partnership is a financially sound and ambitious organisation that is led and supported by enthusiastic and committed employees as well as strong and experienced company members. A charitable organisation, Havebury remain committed to ensuring excellence in governance whilst proving excellent services and increasing the number of new developments.

Karen Mayhew added; “We are determined to achieve our strategic aims and deliver these in keeping with our values. Whilst we have ambition, we have some big challenges ahead. More importantly, this strategy puts our tenants central to everything that we do. “

Underpinning all of this is ensuring our business is strong and financially viable and able to deliver our ambitious plans.”
