Along with our commitment to remain compliant with current H&S legislation, the Covid-19 outbreak created several additional health and safety challenges.
We had to deliver our services whilst making sure our tenants and our team remained safe.
The pandemic has given us the opportunity to look at more innovative ways of improving accessibility to engaging occupational health and safety advice and support. This has included occupational health opinion and input into supporting home working and the individual risk assessments process, developing a range of innovative training and guidance videos and health promotional materials.
The high-risk inspections and services were carried out to fulfil our compliance responsibilities and to maintain safe buildings for our tenants to live in.
