Live Well Suffolk

Live Well Suffolk is a healthy lifestyles service and is commissioned by NHS Suffolk to help people improve their health and wellbeing. All 6 week courses will include time for personal health plans. These personal health plans are mandatory for all attending and will enable people to make small health improvements in their everyday life.
