Resident Involvement
We actively encourage tenant consultation and involvement.
This means we will tell you about anything that affects your home and give you opportunities to express your views.
Resident Involvement Strategy
This strategy, takes us forward for the next year. We will build on the good work that has already been done and make sure that all future decisions which can impact on our lives and our homes, will be fair and equal.
Find out what we've been doing this year with our residents and keep an eye out for next year's calendar!
Tenants' Forum
This is a group of tenant volunteers who meet regularly with the Havebury team. They talk about and make recommendations on issues such as community investment, housing and related tenant matters.
Tenant Inspectors
The aim of the Tenant Inspectors programme is to make sure Havebury are providing a method by which tenants can examine the services they receive by meeting and discussing these with employees and other willing tenants, having access to relevant information from within that service. The purpose is to create an open working relationship to ensure that the results the Tenant Inspectors gather are honest and that a random sample of tenants is invited to be involved.
