Leaseholders

If you are the owner of a flat or maisonette that is situated in a block of flats owned by Havebury, you are one of our leaseholders.  The lease gives you ownership of the flat you occupy, but Havebury owns the block in which you live.

Under the lease, Havebury remains responsible for the maintenance of all shared parts and services.  You will need to pay service charges to cover the costs of maintenance and any major works that are carried out on your block.

This section contains information for leaseholders and also gives details about the services we provide for them.

Leasehold services

The leasehold management service is co-ordinated through our property team.  This covers all aspects of leasehold ownership from initial purchase under the Right to Buy scheme through to selling in the private market.

Leaseholder Handbook

Our Leaseholder Handbook provides important information about the leasehold arrangements, the rights and responsibilities of leaseholders and information about Havebury.

For all enquiries about leasehold property please call 0300 3300 900 or complete the contact form below.
