Your Rent

Havebury is committed to working with you to pay your rent and ensure you are receiving the right benefits.

It is a condition of your tenancy that your rent is paid regularly and on time.

Rent is due each Monday, but we are happy for you to pay fortnightly, four weekly or calendar monthly.

However you choose to pay, payments must be made in advance.

If you are struggling to pay your rent, please contact us on 0300 3300 900 and speak to our Rents team or read through the sections to find out how we can help you.

We may be able to assist you to claim Housing Benefit if appropriate or give advice on how you can improve your budgeting skills and signpost you to debt counselling.
