How much should I pay?

You will notice that when we made you the offer of your tenancy, we informed you of the rental amount.  If you are unsure of how much you should pay, please speak to your Rents Advisor.

You can also find the amount of your weekly rent and any service charges in the appropriate section of your Tenancy Agreement.  When you attend the sign-up with your Neighbourhood Advisor and Rents Advisor, please ensure that you bring with you the correct amount of your first week's rent.  Rent is always payable one week in advance and we will ensure that you have the reference number and a receipt by the time you have left your sign-up interview.  If you are unable to pay rent or believe that you may be entitled to Housing Benefit, please bring the information as advised to you in your offer letter.
