Anita Jones, appointed as the new Director of Operations. She will take over the position from current Director of Operations and Deputy Chief Executive Philip Sullivan.
Anita, who joined Havebury in 2010 has a wealth of experience in the affordable housing sector.
“I am thrilled to be taking on Philip’s role as Director of Operations. And I look forward to the new challenges that the position will bring. I’m delighted to be part of a team that continues to focus on building strong relationships with tenants.”

The new appointment also means that all three of Havebury’s Executive Directors are female. Marie McCleary, Director of Resources completes the team. With an all-female Executive team selected on merit. Such an important milestone for an organisation with its finger on the Equality and Diversity pulse. With Havebury Ranking 19th place in the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Not for Profit Organisations to work for in 2016.
