Havebury goes live with new Housing Management System

Havebury Housing Partnership has implemented Civica’s web-based integrated housing management system.

The housing management system is part of Havebury’s strategy. To simplify and deliver better customer services for its tenants.

Havebury, identified Cx as the ideal IT platform for delivering improved services.

Director of Resources at Havebury, Marie McCleary said:

“After evaluating a number of different options, we took a strategic decision to put in place both Civica Cx and Keystone Asset Management systems to simplify and standardise our current housing applications.”
