Havebury achieves investors in people silver accreditation

Housing Partnership is celebrating being awarded the Investors in People Silver accreditation.

Investors in People (IIP) is an internationally recognised accreditation. It has set the standard for people management excellence.

Designed to get businesses to improve their working culture. As well as make sure employees are engaging and encourage great leadership.

We have had our accreditation since December 2008.

In 2012 we achieved Bronze, and then silver in 2014. Achieving Silver again this year was a great way to start 2018.

Katy Frith, HR Manager, said: “We are extremely proud to have successfully achieved the Silver Award for Investors in People. It’s fantastic to see that the commitment of all our employees. As well as the investment that we make in our people is being recognised at this level.”

IIP assessor Viv Scott praised Havebury and commented. “Havebury has successfully met all the requirements for the Silver Award for Investors in People. Congratulations are certainly in order. As the new framework raises the bar. Havebury are making use of the Investor in People framework to enable them to attract and retain good people.”
