Important advice about frozen boiler pipes

Update with regards to frozen boiler pipes.

Due to a large number of heating repairs this week, there will be a delay in our team getting to your property to attend the repair.

Has your boiler stopped working and is it showing an error code? It may be due to your condensate pipe freezing. If you’re experiencing problems with your boiler during the recent icy spell, there are a few simple steps to get your boiler working again.

Please note that when thawing the condensate pipe with water, use warm water and do not use boiling water from a kettle, as this could damage the pipe.
