Our head office and phone lines remain open and we are working hard to ensure it is business as usual in terms of the service you receive. You may notice some small changes, such as being offered a telephone appointment as opposed to a face to face meeting where appropriate, but you can be reassured that the same great service will be offered. As a precautionary measure, we would also ask that when booking a repair you advise us whether you have been asked to self-isolate following symptoms or in contact with someone with a confirmed diagnosis. We are monitoring the national situation closely and we’ll keep you updated if our response changes.
Supporting our customers and colleagues is our absolute priority and we are working hard to continue to deliver services that are important to you however the situation develops.
It’s also worth remembering that you can do some key day to day tasks such as paying your rent and reporting a repair through our myHavebury app and online service. If you have not registered as yet, please take a look.
