Our head office and phone lines remain open. We are working hard to ensure it is business as usual in terms of the service you receive.
You may notice some small changes, such as the option of a telephone appointment as opposed to a face to face meeting where appropriate. But you can be reassured that the same great service will be offered.
As a precautionary measure, we would also ask that when booking a repair you tell us whether you have been asked to self-isolate. This could be following symptoms or if you have been in contact with someone with a confirmed diagnosis.
We are monitoring the national situation and we’ll keep you updated if our response changes.
Supporting our customers and colleagues is our absolute priority. We are working hard to continue to deliver services that are important to you as the situation develops.
It’s also worth remembering that you can do some key day to day tasks via our app. You can pay your rent or check your tenancy by using myHavebury and online service. If you have not registered as yet, please take a look.
