allpay – Changes that may affect you

From Septmber the 1st there maybe a few changes to the way you pay your rent with us.

Do you currently pay by the allpay mobile app, allpay recurring card payments or via allpay internet payments?

If the answer is yes, you will need to change the way you pay to make sure your account with us isn’t affected.

Here is how you can do that:


myHavebury is accessible to all Havebury tenants 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The portal allows you to manage your tenancy via your mobile phone, tablet or laptop.

To access myHavebury visit or search myHavebury in the Apple App or Google Play Store.

You can use your existing Havebury Payment card at a choice of locations across the UK, and abroad! This includes the Post Office, PayPoint and PayZone retailers. Need a new card? Request one here.

Call us

You can pay using our automated telephone line 24/7. All you need to do is call 0300 3300 900, select option 2, option 2, option 1. Then quote your 19 digit Havebury Payment Card number and credit or debit card details.
