2021 Fire Door confirmation

As a Havebury leaseholder, you have a responsibility to ensure your property is compliant with fire safety legislation.

To keep you, and your family safe in your home, we will be carrying out a program of works to ensure all our leasehold properties have a front door that is compliant with the fire safety legislation. The cost of the door, along with the installation will be paid for by Havebury and carried out by our appointed contractor CLC, therefore these works will not cost you anything.  

CLC currently undertake all fire door installations for Havebury , if you wish to view their website, it can be found here. www.clcgroup.com 

 The process will begin by you confirming you wish to have a new fire door. 

  • To do this, we ask that you please complete the confirmation form below
  • Havebury will then place an order with CLC on your behalf. CLC will then contact you directly to arrange a survey, this survey will ascertain what works need to be carried out
  • CLC will then book in a suitable time to come back and complete the works
