Tenant Engagement

We want to find out how you want to engage with us.

We are exploring the ways we gather your views about how we do things and the services you receive from us. To make sure we’re listening to you the best way that we can, we’d like to know a bit more about how you like to communicate.

Over the next few days, you should receive an email or a letter to invite you to take part in our tenant engagement survey. Or you can click here to take you straight to the survey.

Why should you complete the survey?

By answering the questions within the survey you can help us shape the way we use your feedback in the future. This in turn will benefit all of our tenants, and the services we provide.

By giving us your thoughts, we will enter you into a prize draw, you could win;

  • First prize of £250 of Love2Shop high street vouchers
  • Second prize of £100 in vouchers
  • There are also 10 lots of £50 in vouchers.

We need you to complete your contact details at the end of the survey, so we know where to send your prize if you are a winner! The closing date for submissions is 22 February 2021.

What will happen with the answers?

All the feedback from the survey will be reviewed and added to our new tenant engagement page The Place.

The Place is YOUR place for communicating with us. You can enter competitions and complete polls and surveys. You can also sign up to be the first to know about everything going on at Havebury.

We look forward to taking a look at your answers. In the meantime, if you have anything you would like to communicate with us about please do email communications@havebury.com AND don’t forget about our social media channels; Facebook, Instagram and Twitter!

The Housing Ombudsman Service published a new Complaints Handling Code in July 2020.

All landlords were required to self-assess and publish against this code by 31 December 2020. Our assessment of this is here https://www.havebury.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/Self-assessment-form-HHP.pdf
