We are working on a development proposal to build 15 affordable homes on the land off Newmarket Road, Barton Mills.
The development will comprise a mixture of homes including 1,2,3 bedrooms homes both for rent and shared ownership.
As part of our planning application, we like to include the views and opinions of residents in the local area, and this is where you come in!
We are hosting a public consultation evening on Monday 5 July between 5 pm – 7 pm at Barton Mills Village Hall. Our team will be on hand to go through the plans with you, as well as answer any questions you have about the proposed site. The team can also provide information on how you could register your interest in one of these homes.
We understand not everyone can make this event, so we have created a virtual information event here on our website. This is a platform accessible to everyone and displays plans, photographs, and proposed house designs, alongside a feedback form with an accompanying FAQ’s document.
We want to ensure the consultation period receives as much coverage as possible. We want to give local people the opportunity to be part of Barton Mill’s future.
