Changes to our phone lines

You have told us that our current phone system can be a little confusing and that you have to click too many options to speak to a member of the team. We have listened to your comments and have made some changes to the switchboard options you first hear when you call us.

On Wednesday 1 December 2021 from 3:00 pm these changes to our phone lines will go live and you may not be able to reach us via our 0300 3300 900 telephone number. If your call does not connect and you need to contact us, please call our temporary number 01284 722000 instead.

If your query is not urgent and it can wait until the next working day, please call back from 08:30 am on Thursday 2nd of December on our usual number 0300 3300 900 where we will respond to your enquiry as normal.

Once the work has been completed there will be new options for you to select to get you to the right team, so please listen carefully.
