Coronavirus update – Omicron variant

Please keep checking back here for our latest response to the Omicron variant.

Throughout the pandemic, our focus has been on delivering services to tenants, as well as ensuring we stay safe and reduce the risk of transmission.

Following the most recent government announcement, we wanted to let you know what measures we have in place to keep you safe.

What we’re doing

At this stage, we are delivering all our services as usual, including all repairs. But we’ll continue to monitor government advice around this and adjust accordingly.

We will wear face masks and other personal protective clothing (PPE), as well as observe social distancing guidelines.

We carry and use hand sanitiser and undertake regular lateral flow tests.

What we ask in return

When we’re working in your homes and communal areas, please also wear a mask, unless you’re exempt from doing this.

When we’re working in your homes, we ask that you observe social distancing guidelines and where possible, keep your windows open. Good ventilation has been shown to reduce infection.

COVID testing

Finally, we ask that you please contact us to rearrange an appointment or repair if you or a member of your household have tested positive for COVID, or if you need to self-isolate.
