New Universal Credit help pages launched

We are pleased to announce new Universal Credit help pages for tenants.

Universal Credit is a payment to help with your living costs. You may be able to get it if you’re on a low income, out of work or you cannot work. It combines 6 payments into one.

The aim of the new pages is to provide you with information to help understand what universal credit is all about and how you might be affected. You can find out things like;

  • Making a claim
  • How you get paid
  • How coronavirus may have an effect on your payments
