You may have got a text message letting you know that a company, TLF Research, might call you on our behalf, to carry out a STAR satisfaction survey.
TLF is experienced in doing these surveys and indeed do these for several other housing providers. But we wanted to let you know in advance that this is happening.
In previous years, we just used to do these over the telephone, during the summer period. But we paused these in 2020 because of the pandemic.
In December 2021 we started these surveys again, but monthly instead of annually, and you can choose to do them via email, as well as by telephone.
The questions you will be asked will be about how happy you are with our services, with your home, whether you feel listened to, and if you feel your rent is value for money. You’ll also be asked some open questions about what we can do better in terms of the services we deliver or provide. You can read more about this here.

Any questions or other information you provide about our services will be sent to us, and we will respond back to you in the same way we do when we get these surveys emailed.
You will not be asked any questions relating to personal information.
