We want this panel to be representative of our communities – this means that everyone is welcome – all we ask is that you share our values of respect, engage, and fair.
As well as what’s happening in your local area, we also want your views on our policies and procedures. Essentially, anything that is important to you as our tenant and the community you live in.
We want you to be confident that we are always doing what we say we will do and that we are doing it well. So, we may ask you to act as a tenant representative on our Complaints Review Panel or work with our Performance and Scrutiny Panel on a specific scrutiny exercise.
We also know that it is important that our communities look their best so we may invite you to join one of our estate walkabouts to make sure our contractors are performing as they should.
Whilst having your voice heard is important, we also want you to provide a voice for your fellow tenants. We are passionate about building homes and communities and we want you to share this passion.
No matter what your background, or previous experience – if you live in one of our homes, we want to hear from you.
We embrace technology, but we are not ‘digital by default’. We will be having two panels -one that is digital and another that meets face-to-face at our office in Bury St Edmunds.
Each panel will have between 7 – 12 members and will meet at least once every two months.
