What is the Tenant Experience Committee?
The Tenant Experience Committee is a new committee of our Board. It ensures our residents are at the heart of our decision-making, overseeing strategies and services to all our residents and monitoring and reviewing our performance concerning customer experience.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a person who represents the diverse communities we serve and is interested in housing provision. If you can demonstrate an understanding and interest in how we are run, the broad range of services we provide, and the communities we serve, we would like to hear from you.
The Committee will meet approximately four or five evenings a year, usually between 4.30 pm and 7 pm on a weekday evening.
These meetings are typically held online via Teams. However, some may also be in person, in our offices in Bury St Edmunds. We will provide you with all the equipment and support that you need to do this.
We also hold two all-day planning events annually.
What will you get in return?
You will receive £2,750 per annum plus expenses.
