The Regulator of Social Housing’s new Consumer Standards

On 29 February 2024, the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH), published new standards for social housing landlords. These are designed to protect residents and improve the service they receive and came into force from 1 April.

Paul joined Havebury in 2005 as our IT manager. He then became head of IT and subsequently assistant director of ICT in 2019.
