We encourage tenants to become involved within the organisation. There are a number of engagement platforms. We are reviewing the best way to do this with our tenants. Below are some of our current methods. If you would like any information on any of the below please email email@example.com.
The Tenants’ Forum have a huge involvement in what goes on within the organisation. From discussing policy changes to looking at kitchen and bathroom specifications. Find out more about The Tenants’ Forum.
The Performance and Scrutiny Panel review services from a customer perspective. They make recommendations for improvement to our Committees and Board.
