Resident Involvement

Resident Involvement

Be the difference. Resident Involvement at Havebury means including our tenants in everything that we do.

It’s important, that the services Havebury provide to our tenants are shaped by you. This is so that we know we’re making the best use of our time and money.

We encourage tenants to become involved within the organisation, through a number of engagement platforms, and we are in the process of reviewing the best way to do this with our tenants. Below are some of our current methods. If you would like any information on any of the below groups, or methods of involvement please email residentinvolvement@havebury.com.

The Tenants’ Forum have a huge involvement in what goes on within the organisation, from discussing policy changes to looking at kitchen and bathroom specifications. Find out more about The Tenants’ Forum.

The Performance and Scrutiny Panel review services from a customer perspective and make recommendations for improvement to our Committees and Board.

The Equality and Diversity Panel check that services are inclusive and that our policies and procedures do not exclude any group or treat anyone unfairly.

The forums meet approximately once a month, usually on a Monday evening between 5-7pm.

Applicants must be 18 years or older.

Please email residentinvolvement@havebury.com or call 0300 3300 900 for an informal chat with the Customer Service & Involvement Team.

All of our involved tenants receive Love2Shop vouchers annually as a reward for their dedication and time.
