The Havebury team is all working remotely. But while we're not in the office, you will continue to receive the excellent customer service you have come to expect from us.

Independent living

Our Independent Living Team has been getting in touch with all our vulnerable tenants and those over 70 to ensure they’re doing OK. As well as welfare advice, we can signpost you to extra resources that could make life a little easier.


Support for local charities

Havebury has donated £5,000 to both Reach in Haverhill and Gatehouse in Bury St Edmunds. Both organisations are doing fantastic work to support individuals through Covid-19.

The Housing Ombudsman Service published a new Complaints Handling Code in July 2020.
