Our team is working hard to provide as many of our services as possible during Covid-19.

You can be assured that our technicians are using the correct PPE at all times. As well as keeping you safe, we ask that you help keep us safe in return. When a Havebury technician is in your home, please wear a surgical mask or appropriate face covering. If you cannot wear a mask due to medical reasons, let us know when booking your appointment. Take a look at this exemption list if you are unsure. Please observe social distancing guidelines.

The Housing Ombudsman Service published a new Complaints Handling Code in July 2020.
