Havebury is committed to delivering services right the first time and to monitoring our performance in order to identify improvements.
The Performance Team
The team covers a number of functions including corporate performance, customer feedback, customer satisfaction and research projects. The team also provides support to the Performance and Scrutiny Panel.
Havebury's Strategic Board review a set of Key Performance Indicators and the Operational Board review the Business Critical Indicators every time they meet.
