The committee has seven members, each of whom has a particular skill set. When combined, this collective experience covers every aspect of our business and operations.
Members are also chairs of the board’s key sub-committees, most notably Operations and Audit and Risk. This ensures a holistic understanding of the business and means there are clear lines of information flowing through the governance structure.
