Performance Review

Below you will see the graphic for our performance for October 2020 – March 2021

Despite the challenges we faced as a result of Covid-19, we are pleased with what we were able to achieve this financial year.

We had to pause some services during the various lockdowns, but we quickly caught up with outstanding routine repairs. Emergency
repairs, gas servicing, and health and safety checks continued as normal.

We tackled over 150 cases of anti-social behaviour, with the majority of tenants saying they were happy with how it was handled.

By working closely to support almost 1,000 tenants, total rent arrears reduced.

As the world returns to some normality, we will seek to further improve services into 2021/22.
