SERVICING & MAINTENANCE OF FIRE DETECTION SYSTEMS & AUTOMATIC OPENING VENTS CONTRACT
The contract is for the servicing and maintenance of all fire detection and alarm systems installed within the Head Office, various Flats (up to three storeys) and Supported Housing Schemes within a fifty mile radius of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.
The services will comprise of but not limited to:
- Routine servicing and maintenance of fire detection and alarm systems and equipment associated with automatic opening vents
- Reactive maintenance and replacement of specified equipment
- Providing a twenty four hour breakdown and emergency call out service
The contract will commence on 2 September 2019 and is for a period of 3 years with the option to extend annually by mutual agreement for up to two further years.
