Havebury manage a portfolio of over 6,000 properties in East Anglia. Havebury’s Development team are working to increase the number of properties available, so we can meet the need for affordable housing.

Over the next three years, Havebury hopes to deliver more than 360 new affordable homes.

Havebury’s Development Team has recently grown. This expansion enables us to deliver a growing programme of homes. new build and refurbished homes. Our team benefits from a wealth of differing skills and experience. We ensure that we are best placed to continue to optimise opportunities. Plus providing homes that are sustainable and that people want to live in.

Andrew Smith, CEO of the Havebury Housing Partnership explains

“For a small regional player we punch above our weight, in terms of quality and numbers. We’ve built over 650 homes in the last four years, not bad for an association with over 6,000 homes in management. We are well on our way to our ambitious plan to deliver 1,352 new homes by March 2023. This represents over 20% in growth and meeting much needed local housing need. Havebury achieve this without compromising on quality and our developments speak for themselves. We use local Architects to produce sensitively designed schemes that not only meet housing need but ensure our tenants have a safe, comfortable environment with low running costs. The Development Team has done an amazing job of helping us achieve our objectives against tough local competition of which we are enormously proud.”
