Direct Debit
These automatic payments can go out on a weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly or monthly basis. Call us on 0300 3300 900, selecting options 2, 2 and 2 to set up your Direct Debit.
Credit or debit card
You can make a payment via our online tenant portal, myHavebury. You just need your Havebury account reference number, surname, date of birth and a valid email address.
By text
You can make a payment directly to your account using your smartphone. Complete this brief registration online to activate the service.
By phone
Make a payment using our automated telephone line, at any time of the day or night. Call 0300 3300 900, selecting options 2, 2, 1, then quote your 19 digit Havebury payment card number and your credit or debit card details.
PayPoint
You can pay using your Havebury payment card at a choice of PayPoint locations across the UK, and even abroad!
