Keeping in Touch 2019
Havebury will be calling their tenants throughout the 6 weeks to check we have the correct details of the people living in the household.
Alongside this, we carry out a satisfaction survey and discuss with them any health and safety concerns they may have within their home.
These calls will be made at random.
The results from these satisfaction surveys help contribute to the STAR survey.
