We are looking for individuals who want to become members of our Performance and Scrutiny Panel. Find out below what this would involve;

We’re looking for representatives to be involved in the scrutiny of our performance. The panel will investigate key issues that impact service delivery and will make recommendations for improvements.

The aim of the panel is to represent our tenants to ensure that the services they receive are of the highest standard and that they are relevant to their needs and demonstrate value for money.

Membership of the panel will include six tenants representatives and four independent representatives from stakeholder organisations such as the local authority, Police, or voluntary associations.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for people who already have or would like to gain experience in some of the following areas:

  • Expressing your opinion
  • Attending meetings
  • Reading reports and data
  • Volunteering with groups
  • Working with people

There will be a commitment to at least four meetings a year, each two hours long. We’ll provide training and cover your expenses such as child care and travel.

What will I get in return?

As well as playing an active role in the ongoing improvements we make to our services, you will be rewarded for your time and effort. You will receive a £5 Love2Shop voucher per hour, each time you attend a meeting This means that you could get at least £40 worth of Love2Shop vouchers for getting involved and having your say. These are issued at the end of every year.
