Repairs

We know how important a repairs service is to you.

We want to provide a good service to ensure your homes are kept safe and in good order.

To do this, it’s important you allow our technicians, surveyors, and our contractors into your home to carry out repairs and inspections.

What is a repair?

For further detail of what repairs we will cover, please check your tenancy agreement or lease.

Generally, we will undertake repairs needed to the structure of your home, including roof’s, windows and walls, as well as items such as kitchens and bathrooms. We’re also responsible for the heating system in your home, as well as the electric wiring and sockets.

We won’t usually undertake repairs that are needed as a result of damage caused by you or a member of your household, even if they’re visiting.

How do I report a repair?

The best way to report a non-emergency repair, is to do this via MyHavebury. Or contact us on 0300 3300 900.
