We have now removed the need for our teams to wear masks in our office. Although it is not a requirement for our field-based teams to wear masks when they are visiting your homes, we understand this is down to personal preference.
If a member of our team and/or contractor is in your home and you would feel more comfortable if they wore a mask, please do not hesitate to ask them to. We will still be providing our field-based teams with PPE should they need to wear it.
