Amending your tenancy details

You can use the forms on this page to make amends to your tenancy including applying for a joint tenancy and succession of tenancy due to a death.

  • Applying for a joint tenancy

    If you would like to add someone to your tenancy please use the form below.

    It’s important to note that we will need to see Original copy of Marriage / Civil Partnership Certificate, or, Evidence of residency at the property for the previous 12 months, AND Evidence of applicants Right to Rent. You can find out about what evidence we will accept here.

    Once you have submitted your application, it will be reviewed by a housing officer. They will be in contact with you to arrange a face-to-face appointment to verify your right to rent and your identity.

  • Applying for a joint to sole tenancy

    If you would like to remove someone from your tenancy please use the form below.

    Please note, if you no longer have contact with the resident who has already left the home, you will need to complete a separate form, please send an email to myarea@havebury.com.

  • Succession of tenancy on death of a joint resident

    If you want to apply for a succession of tenancy because someone has died, firstly, we’d like to offer our condolences to you.
