Your feedback is vital for us to understand how we can make these spaces brighter, safer, and more enjoyable for everyone as well as make sure any changes reflect what residents want, so your ideas we help shape the final plans.

We want these spaces to feel like something residents are proud of, not just somewhere to pass through.

What are we proposing?

We are considering the following improvements across the two outdoor communal spaces:

  1. Planters and greenery – Installation of planters in both communal areas to brighten the spaces and improve the environment.
  2. Bin store improvements – Installation of roofs on both bin stores to improve security and reduce mess.

We want to get your feedback on these proposals. Please complete the form below to tell us what you think.

Overall, how do you feel about the proposed improvements?

Planters and greenery

Do you support adding planters and greenery to communal areas?
Would you be interested in helping to look after the planters?
Please note that the responsibility for the ongoing repair and maintenance of the planters will sit with residents. This means that if they become damaged or fall into disrepair, we will not be responsible for repairing or replacing them.

Bin store roofs

Do you support adding a roof to the bin store to improve cleanliness and usability?
We will take on the maintenance of the bin store roofs for general wear and tear, however if they are damaged deliberately, the cost of repairs/replacement will be recharged to all residents at Lambert House. If we need to attend for cleansing/clearance reasons, we will investigate this. If it is identified that this is linked to a specific home, the cost of clearance may be recharged directly to that household. If we are unable to identify the source, the cost may be shared across all residents at Lambert House through your service charge.
