Information as of 9 December 2021
As you may have seen in the prime minister’s announcement on 8 December 2021, further restrictions have been introduced in response to the increase in COVID-19 cases.
The guidance recommends that people should work from home, where they’re able to. This is no real change for us – most of our teams who can do this have been doing so for some months; and where teams deliver front line
services to residents, this will continue.
Therefore, at this stage, we are continuing to run all services, including all repairs, and we will continue to wear masks and other personal protective equipment and observe social distancing measures whilst in your homes.
We request that you also wear a mask when our team members and/or contractors are in your home (unless you’re exempt from doing this); and that you contact us to rearrange an appointment or repair if you or a member have tested positive for COVID, or if you need to self-isolate. Please also keep windows open for ventilation and maintain social distances.
