Below you will find a range of employment support services. These services are aimed at getting our tenants back into work or helping achieve potential.

Papworth Trust

Papworth Trust can help disabled people in many ways. They can offer help with care, housing, and day services. Plus help with getting into employment. They have various locations throughout Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire.


The Source

The Source is a website for young people in Suffolk. They can help with employment, mental health, money, life skills and many more. They can also help young people leaving care or in care.


Realising Futures

Realising Futures is a company working across Suffolk and Essex. They offer help with work placements, employment and training. The main aim of Realising Futures is to ensure the economic and social well being. Focusing on those at a disadvantage and/or disabled.


West Suffolk College

West Suffolk College offer a range of online courses for people of all ages and abilities. The courses range from learning about mental health to English and Math skills. You can complete the course from the comfort of your home or you can enrol to use the college facilities.

The courses are free of charge as long as they complete within the given deadline. If the course is not completed there will be a fee of £125.00.


Need help looking for a job?

Job Centre Plus

Your local job centre is a great source for employment and benefit advice. The Job Centre can help you get into permanent work by helping with CV’s and job fairs. They can also help with benefit advice while you are out of work.

They can also help if you have a disability. You can have a referral to the Disability Employment Advisors who can help to find work and keep in work.

Job Centre Plus can help with new and existing benefit claims.
