Welfare reform: update your details
The Government will be making major changes to the current benefit system and Havebury recognises that it is extremely important for us to keep up to date information about your household.
We will frequently check who is living with you so that we can inform you of the changes which may directly affect you or a member of your household.
Each occupant of your home aged over 16 will have a unique user ID.
This unique user ID will enable you to keep your personal details up to date. To log on click here.
Enter your unique User ID in the box and then your star sign which is based on your month and date of birth. You can then enter your personal details.
We will ask you questions regarding your income, any benefits you receive, how much you pay out in gas, electric and water bills, whether you are in employment, or if you have any training requirements we can help you with.
