We are aware that there has been a boiler failure in your block that has resulted in you not having any heating or hot water. We are currently working with our contractors to resolve this issue and apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Our priority is keeping you safe (and warm) in your homes. Whilst we track down the part needed to resolve this issue as a matter of urgency, our contractors Aarons will be providing emergency heaters for the entire block.
Our repairs team has received an influx of calls regarding this matter and we endeavour to keep you updated throughout the process.

Our team will have been in contact with you to update you on the current situation. Representatives from Aarons are currently delivering heaters to each flat. If you are not in, they will have left a carded slip asking you to call a dedicated number to arrange delivery of your heater. We are working hard to track down the part needed to resolve this issue and currently awaiting an update from the manufacturer.
