It's important to us that you have a say in any changes or improvements we are thinking of making to our services.

Hi, my name is Amy St Ledger, and I am the assistant director of customer and housing services.

Over the last few years, we’ve increased the ways that you can provide us with feedback and have your voice heard. This includes surveys, complaints and compliments and increasing the number of events we host across our communities.

To make sure we focus on what really matters to you moving forwards, we are asking for your feedback on our services and what more we need to do to make sure your voices are heard.

We’d also like to know how you think we can better invest in your communities through our community investment grant funding, which you can find out about on our website.
