It’s important to us that our services are accessible and inclusive for all residents.
We’re committed to understanding individual needs and making reasonable adjustments so that everyone can live safely and comfortably in their home. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we listen to our residents and shape our services around what matters most to you.
To support this, we’re rolling out a bespoke training package across the organisation, designed specifically from feedback shared by both residents and team members. This will give our teams the skills and confidence to deliver a more personalised service.
At the same time, we’re developing our 2026–29 Purpose and Plan (formerly known as the Corporate Plan), which will outline our priorities for the next three years. Your input is important in shaping this plan and ensuring it accurately reflects the needs of our communities.
We also know that since the pandemic, many people have turned to technology to stay connected – whether socially, or to manage services such as banking and utilities at a time that suits them. Over the coming year, we’ll be looking at how technology can help us enhance the services you receive, including how you contact us. Many of you already use myHavebury, but we want to reassure you: Havebury will never be “digital by default.”
Our teams will remain active in the community and will always be available to help in person, by phone, or by email. We understand that you value this choice, and it will always be available.
